1. Cancellation Policy
7-Day Cancellation Period: You may cancel your VCare India medical membership within 7 days of purchase for any reason.
How to Cancel: Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to support@vcareindia.in or through your account dashboard.
Processing Time: Cancellations will be processed within 3 business days of receiving your request.
After 7 Days: No cancellations will be accepted after the 7-day period, except as required by law.
2. Refund Policy
30-Day Refund Window: Full refunds are available within 30 days of purchase if you are dissatisfied with our services.
Partial Refunds: After 7 days but within 30 days, partial refunds may be issued at our discretion based on usage.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items: Any discounts or benefits used during the membership period will be deducted from the refund amount.
3. Special Circumstances
Medical Emergencies: In case of documented medical emergencies preventing use of services, exceptions may be made to our standard policy.
Service Unavailability: If we are unable to provide services in your area, full refunds will be issued regardless of timeframe.
Fraudulent Activity: We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected fraudulent activity.
